Averaging pitot tube flow sensor

• Verabar provides the most accurate, reliable technology for measuring gas, liquid and steam as well as the lowest operating and installation costs

• The Verabar senses the natural averaged pressures created by the velocity of the fluid, it creates a high-pressure zone in front of the sensor and a low-pressure zone to the sides and rear of the sensor

• Multiple ports are positioned in the high and low-pressure zones and an averaged differential pressure is produced

• Solid one-piece construction and bullet shape, the Verabar makes flow measurement clog-free and precise, the unique sensor shape reduces drag and flow-induced vibration and improves signal stability

• Full or partial  insertion fitted pipe ID, sizes from 1 1/2” to 192” (40mm to 4800mm) 

• Single or double supports, compression fitting, spring lock, hot tap – threaded or flanged and flanged connections available

• Regular instrument connections or parallel ports via 1/2” NPT with optional integral valves and RTD, Transmount or integral manifolds available

• Operating pressure up to 100 bar, temperature up to 426oC as standard, critical operating pressure and temperature on request
